If you have questions about the Purdue Alumni Directory project, we have the answers below.

  1. When will I receive my directory?

    The Purdue Alumni Directories will be all be shipped to buyers by November 25, 2016. Please allow 1-2 weeks (depending on your location) for your directories to arrive.

    In addition, if you purchased a directory package that included additional merchandise (t-shirts, sweatshirts, travel bag) those items will be arriving in November 2016.

  2. What do I do if I have questions or concerns with my directory/package?

    Call the PCI customer service at (800) 982-1590, and they will assist you.

  3. Who is PCI (Publishing Concepts)?

    The Purdue Alumni Association has partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX, that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Purdue University to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.   4. How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

    The Purdue Alumni Association has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:

    A. The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI by the Purdue Alumni Association for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory and except as required by court order or law.

    B. The directory will be made available only to alumni of Purdue University. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to the Purdue Alumni Association any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Purdue Alumni or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
