Thursday, September 21

Purdue Memorial Union
Join us for one of three simultaneous TED Talk–style sessions on trending topics, given by notable Purdue faculty and alumni. Each session is an hour long, and light snacks and beverages will be provided. A general opening session will be held in the West Faculty Lounge.

5:00 – 7:30 p.m. PASE and Greater Lafayette Commerce Networking Reception
Dauch Alumni Center
PASE is partnering with Greater Lafayette Commerce to bring this year's annual networking reception to students, alumni, and the community. The local business community and Purdue alumni are asked to come together to network and connect with one another and, most importantly, students. The students see this as a great opportunity to network and hone their skills. Heavy appetizers will be served, and a cash bar will be available. There will be a brief program at 6:30 p.m.

7:00 p.m. — Free Fall Concert
Slayter Hill
This concert, featuring the band Simple Plan, is free to all Purdue students and alumni. Inclement weather location is Elliott Hall of Music.

5:30 – 7:30 p.m. — Homecoming Celebration Reception
North and South Ballrooms, PMU
$15 for Purdue Alumni Association members | $20 for nonmembers
Heavy hors d'oeuvre stations and student entertainment will be provided.

Saturday, September 23

10:00 a.m. – Noon — BTN  Tailgate
​Cary Quad Front Lawn
The Big Ten Network will be broadcasting BTN Tailgate LIVE from West Lafayette. It's the ultimate pregame show for Big Ten fans and is very similar to ESPN’s College Gameday. This is your opportunity to be on LIVE TV! The event is happening on the south lawn of Cary Quad and will include giveaways, sponsored games and entertainment, plus the live taping of the show. The event is FREE and open to all fans.

12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. — Homecoming Tent Row
Stadium Mall
Show your “Ever True” colors and wear your Purdue gold and black for the 15th annual university-wide Homecoming celebration on Stadium Mall. Stop by to visit with the various school and unit tents before we beat those Michigan Wolverines! You’ll find all sorts of fun, photo opportunities, and free activities for the whole family. Stage performances are set to begin at 1:45 p.m. At approximately 2:15 p.m., we’ll reveal the 2017 Homecoming King and Queen.

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. — Book Signing with James L. Mullins for A Purdue Icon: Creation, Life, and Legacy

Edited by Dean of Purdue University Libraries and Esther Ellis Norton Professor James L. Mullins, A Purdue Icon: Creation, Life, and Legacy speaks to the history of the former Purdue Power Plant, the site on which the new Wilmeth Active Learning Center stands. 2:30 p.m. — Thrill on the Hill

The Purdue "All-American" Marching band will perform a concert that is fast and upbeat, showcasing the entire 380-plus members of the band, along with cheerleaders, Purdue Pete, and guest Purdue celebrities. 

4:00 p.m. — Purdue vs. Michigan game

8:00 p.m. — An Evening with Pat McAfee
